Established in January 2024, The Empowerment Zone was created to be more than a series of events — it is a movement.

Our experiences range from Annual Empowerment Zone women's gateway to the glamorous and inspiring Annual RED Gala. Every gathering is designed with intention: to renew confidence, promote wellness, create meaningful connections, and empower personal growth.

The Worldwide Gift of Fit is a global fitness and wellness initiative that brings movement, strength, and hope to children everywhere — regardless of circumstance.
Through live and in-person masterclasses, we connect athletes, coaches, and fitness professionals with youth in orphanages, hospitals, community centers, and schools across the world.
Unlike traditional charity fitness programs, the Worldwide Gift of Fit is designed to be direct and personal.
Children don’t simply watch — they participate.
They learn, laugh, dance, stretch, and discover their bodies in ways that empower their minds.
Every workout is guided by world-class instructors who encourage resilience, leadership, and self-belief.
The initiative begins on World Health Day and spaned over seven weeks of movement-based experiences.
Classes are livestreamed internationally and offered locally in person, so no child is left out — whether they are across the world or right here in our community.

In our first year, we reached children in Uganda, Ukraine, Guatemala, and Michigan.
We saw rooms transform as music played, kids danced, and laughter echoed.

Tatiana Gutsu is the Founder and CEO of the Tatiana Gutsu Foundation, established to empower children and families through fitness, mentorship, and global outreach. An Olympic gold medalist, Tatiana has dedicated her life to excellence, resilience, and service—values that form the core of the Foundation’s mission.
Inspired by her own journey and a deep commitment to giving back, Tatiana founded the Foundation to create opportunities for underserved communities both locally and internationally. Arleen Eastwood serves as Program Director for the Tatiana Gutsu Foundation, leading the planning, coordination, and execution of the Foundation’s key initiatives and events.

Through strategic oversight, collaboration, and thoughtful guidance, Arleen helps transform ideas into impactful projects - supporting humanitarian initiatives, community engagement, and global outreach efforts.
Kateryna Kolomoiets serves as Social Media Director for the Tatiana Gutsu Foundation, overseeing the Foundation’s digital presence and online storytelling.
